Canada Auto Experts Corp is seeking dedicated and professional Call Centre Sales Agents to join our dynamic team. The primary role of the Call Centre Sales Agent is to contact customers who have applied for auto financing and facilitate live transfers to our dealership partners.
This position plays a crucial role in the success of our Hot Transfer program, ensuring a seamless experience for customers seeking auto financing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers who have applied for auto financing through Canada Auto Experts Corp.
- Qualify and verify the financial situation of clients to ensure they meet the criteria for auto financing.
- Facilitate live transfers of qualified customers to dealership partners, ensuring a smooth handoff.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout the process.
- Accurately record customer interactions and transfer details in our system.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English. Candidates should not have a heavy foreign accent to ensure clear communication with our customers.
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
- Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent time management, organization skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Good relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Comfortable working in a home environment with minimal supervision.
- Must have a personal computer, headset, and a direct internet connection with good speed.
Job Details:
- This is a full-time, work-from-home position.
- Training will be provided to equip you with the skills needed for the role.
- No cold calling is required – customers are already interested in financing a vehicle.

As part of our innovative approach to the interview process, you will be conducting your first interview with an AI Assistant. This unique setup is designed to evaluate your interaction skills in a modern, technology-driven environment. Please follow these instructions carefully:
1. Schedule Your Interview:
- Use the Calendly link below to book your interview slot:
- Select a date and time that works best for you.
- Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email with a Google Meet link for the virtual interview.
2. Preparing for the Google Meet Interview:
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection for the interview.
- Test your webcam and microphone before the interview to ensure they are working properly.
3. Interview Format:
- The interview will be conducted virtually via Google Meet.
- You will participate in a script reading exercise to assess your communication skills.
- Once ‘AI Assistant’ Joins the google Meet, you can then begin the script reading exercise
- Please keep in mind this will be an AI led meeting, no other agent will be present.
4. Script Reading Exercise:
- Please find below the sample script that you will be reading.
- Your task is to read the script aloud as if you are speaking to a real customer.
- Focus on clarity and confidence in your delivery.
5. Post-Interview Process:
- We will review your performance and get back to you with the next steps.
